Quite offshore and gusty but fine for foiling. After a bit of debate we all went 5m, good choice. Gusty and veering made toeside tricky so tried twisting hips more as John suggested and that helped pointing and weight distribution. Swells not big enough to try rides as wind too offshore to build them
